Job Description

A local college in the Southtowns is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their Accounting Department.

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Temporary with the possibility of hire.

Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with accounts payable
  • Assisting with Expense reports
  • Matching checks and invoices
  • Sorting mail for entire campus
  • Purchase orders

Job Requirements

Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially Word & Excel, as well as Adobe Pro.

Any experience with Oracle is a plus. Accounting experience not needed, but is a plus.

Five+ years' of administrative experience preferred.
